Budgeting Money – Doom of our existence? September 2, 2006

Ok so we decided to try a new budgeting system by Dave Ramsey. He is known for at 30-years-old he lost everything he had, and became a millionaire all over again.
So Tanya and I figured we didn’t have much to lose. We set out tonight to plan out our budget using his baby steps and see how long we can make it work. The basis of his principles are the primary goal of building a $1,000 emergency fund, then work on your overall debts one at a time (starting with the smallest), thus its called the Snowball Effect, because you free up the minimum payments of that debt that wrap that much more into the next.
So we started planning and so far so good. It seems as we this one (kinda like WordPress) might actually have some merit, we will see…
